When Rivano is offline
What still works when your phone has no internet or Rivano can't be reached.
Steps
- When something is wrong, an orange “Offline” pill appears at the top of the app.
- Tap it to open “Server Status”: what's going on, what still works, and when Rivano checks again (every 30 seconds).
- Your schedule, shifts, profile and chats you've opened before stay readable.
- Clock-ins and changes to your availability are saved on your phone and sent automatically once the connection is back.
- Sending messages, swapping shifts, requesting time off and publishing shifts need a connection.
