How billing works
- How are seats counted?
- You're billed only for active employee-role members. Owners and managers don't count toward your seat total.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes — every new company starts with a 30-day free trial. No card needed to start.
- How does billing work?
- You subscribe and manage billing on the web. It's a monthly subscription you can cancel at any time.
- What happens if I don't subscribe?
- After the trial there's a short grace period. If billing still isn't active after that, publishing new schedules pauses — your team can still view existing shifts and clock in. Nothing is deleted.
